Heard it was opening night and lucky enough to get in. Wasn't sure if they would need to work out some kinks because of this but everything was fantastic. Our waitress was nice and attentive as well. Huge portions and the chicken parmigiana was amazing. Will be going back soon.
My friends and I visited Trattoria Franko in Rolesville later in the evening, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I ordered the ricotta gnocchi, which was absolutely delicious! The gnocchi was incredibly soft, and the Parmesan truffle cream sauce was amazing. For dessert, I had the pistachio tiramisu. It was flavorful and absolutely delicious. We had a great time. The atmosphere was lovely, and our waitress was very kind. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
Our family had a wonderful Father's Day dinner at Trattoria Franko's, and every dish impressed. Sharing family-style let us enjoy a great variety of flavors. We started with the Crispy Fritto Misto, featuring a light, crisp batter, zucchini, and a bright touch of lemon. The Trattoria Caesar was fresh and flavorful.For entrees, the Rigatoni alla Vodka was rich and comforting, while the Ricotta Gnocchi in Parmesan truffle cream with wild mushrooms was especially memorable. The Spaghetti with Franko's Famous Meatballs featured huge, flavorful meatballs. The standout was the Chicken Parmesan, topped with rigatoni alla vodka, creamy burrata, and fresh shaved mozzarella. Everything was fresh, thoughtfully prepared, and delicious-a perfect Father's Day meal. A wonderful addition to Rolesville. We can't wait to return and explore more of the menu!
